Kudos and Awards
Japanese Palace is proud to have earned rave reviews along with prestigious awards.
Still the best!! Highly recommend but don’t be in a hurry…this great restaurant/food is not to be rushed. Give yourself 90 min for the meal after you are seated & if u don’t come early, gotta add some extra time to your total time here. Well worth it!!”
Never had Hibachi before but it was a wonderful experience with wonderful people. The food was amazing and the chef was awesome! I loved it so much I literally made plans on going the very next day! Keep doing what you are doing!”
“We visited this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. The place is very nice, the staff was exceptionally nice, the chef was great. My kids even ate sauteed onions and peppers – that was a first, They also really enjoyed watching the chef and interacting with him. The food was very good as well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.”
“There’s a reason why the Palace is one of the longest standing Japanese restaurants in the DFW area. I believe it opened in 1975 and has been a proud Fort Worth tradition since. Pros: excellent food, generous portions, chefs who can cook and entertain, some of the best sushi you can get in DFW without paying an arm and a leg, friendly staff…”
“A great place to celebrate your birthday with family. The dinner table show is fun, interactive and funny! The dinner no matter which one you order is huge, yummy and so filling! We had a blast as a family. Finished the dinner off with birthday cake and sparklers!”
“Been coming here for over ten years. The Japanese palace special is the best and the staff is amazing. The only disappointment is when you get seated with other guests that won’t speak to you or are weird. Yes it is a bit pricy but it keeps the rifraf away but hey, what hibachi place isn’t expensive? Be prepared to drop $100 for a meal for two and cocktails. But the upside is you will have leftovers for lunch the next day. I highly recommend this place for a special dinner date or occasion.”
